07:45 – Morning Pranayama & yoga session
09:30 – Breakfast
10:30 – Relaxation and free time
12:30 – Psychodietetics workshop
14:00 – Culinary workshop with a dietitian
15:30 – Lunch
16:30 – Walk in nature
17:30 – Strengthening yoga session
19:00 – Light dinner
20:00 – Aromatic sauna session followed by a lake dip for those interested
Sunday:

The program is subject to change depending on weather and organizational conditions.
An individual psychodietetic consultation is provided for each participant.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket for relaxation, and comfortable workout clothes.
During the retreat, we do not recommend consuming coffee, alcohol, or sweets.
We provide healthy alternatives and encourage a 3-day detox :)
