Polityka względem zwierząt

Na terenie obiektu nieakceptowalne są koty. Akceptujemy tylko i wyłącznie psy. *Pobyt na terenie Resortu ze zwierzętami należy zgłosić w momencie dokonywania rezerwacji. *Resort pobiera dodatkowo kaucję w wysokości 300zł za ewentualne szkody dokonane przez psa, które należy wpłacić w gotówce podczas meldowania w recepcji. *Kaucja nie zostanie zwrócona w przypadku widocznych uszkodzeń oraz sierści pozostawionej w domku. *Opłata za psa to 40zł/doba.

Warunki anulacji:

Rezerwacja wymaga dokonania przedpłaty zadatku w wysokości 30 % całkowitej kwoty rezerwacji. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu wpłacony zadatek nie ulega zwrotowi. W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagane jest podanie danych karty kredytowej lub dokonanie przedpłaty zadatku za 30% wartości rezerwacji za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online.

Podstawowe informacje
1.   Hotel day starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.
2.   Prices stated are for renting the entire cabin without meals, including one parking space.
3.   Minimum rental period for cabins in high season is seven days.
4.   Extension or longer rental in high season is done on a weekly basis (e.g., 7, 14, 28 days).
5.   In high season, check-ins and check-outs occur only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
6.   In other periods, minimum rental period is two nights.
7.   No discounts for rentals in high season are provided.
8.   Fee for an additional car on resort grounds: 15 PLN/night.
9.   Price for stay of additional persons (maximum 2) in cabins on resort grounds is 30 PLN/night per person, except for Lux, De Lux, Bliźniak cabins (45 PLN/night per person).
10. Bed linen in cabins is changed every 7 days.
11. Fee for changing an additional set of bed linen (washing more frequently than once a week) is 30 PLN.
12. All prices include VAT.
13. Dogs are allowed on resort grounds for a fee of 20 PLN/night.
14. Additionally, a climate fee set by UG Karsin (2 PLN/night per person) will be charged.
15. There are TVs in the cabins. This equipment is lent to resort guests for the duration of their stay for a symbolic one zloty per night. Please indicate when booking whether a TV is required in the cabin.
16. In mid and low season, an additional utility fee of 10 PLN per night is charged.
